Helm Contemporary, located in New York's historic Bowery neighborhood and founded in December 2023, draws inspiration from mid-20th-century artists who made the area a hub of creative dialogue. Continuing this legacy, Helm presents contemporary works that expand on the traditions of Abstract Expressionism and Minimalism. Our exhibitions explore form, material, and visual language through painting, sculpture, and mixed media. Helm offers collectors an engaging space to connect with the motivations and experiences behind each work, deepening personal understanding. In our first year, we've been featured in Galerie Magazine, The Hudson Review, The New Criterion, and more for our contributions to the ongoing dialogue surrounding abstraction.
